Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to perform HVAC maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a Nashville portfolio of commercial facilities.

This field-based role offers independence and the support of CBRE’s Engineering & Technical Services team. You will travel between sites, apply technical skills to solve problems, and deliver exceptional service, while maintaining safety and quality workmanship across diverse building

Qualifications

HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
Knowledge of commercial building systems and preventive maintenance programs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to keep facilities up to code and running smoothly.
Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and handle emergency repairs as needed.
Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation meets design specs.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company safety directives; operate company vehicles as needed.
Explain complex information clearly to clients and teammates.
