Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose and repair equipment in field settings.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and OSHA/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders across multiple sites.
• Inspect, operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment while upholding safety and efficiency.
• Use CMMS to update work orders and document activities in real time.
