This hands-on role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, ensuring safe, comfortable environments for clients. You will start your day from home and travel to assigned sites in a fully equipped CBRE van with a gas card, tools, technology, and uniforms provided.

• Communicate effectively with clients and management; work independently in the field.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; complete required inspections and documentation.
