CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Union Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across multiple sites in the NY/NJ region. You will start from home and travel in a fully equipped CBRE van with gas card, tools, and uniforms provided.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance while minimizing downtime for clients and customers.

Join CBRE as a Union Mobile HVAC Engineer supporting a dynamic retail portfolio across New Jersey. In this hands-on role, you’ll keep buildings running at their best by performing preventive maintenance and responding to service requests across multiple sites.

Day-to-day, you’ll operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems—helping ensure a safe, comfortable experience for clients and customers while minimizing downtime.
