Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Union Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a dynamic retail portfolio across the CT area. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and travel to multiple sites from your home, operating a CBRE van with tools and safety gear.

Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems while upholding safety standards and ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• 3–5 years of building engineering experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for building systems and equipment.
• Inspect, operate, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management; work independently in the field.
