Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer to support multiple commercial sites with rapid fixes and expert care. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, and document work in a CMMS.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of HVAC experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the physical capability to handle heavy tasks. EPA Universal is preferred, and proficiency with MS Office is expected to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal certification is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs+).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose failures and implement efficient modifications for HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive, emergency, and repair maintenance and document activities.
• Operate company vehicles during daily work.
• Share HVAC expertise and mentor team members.
• Collaborate to ensure high-quality, timely task completion and clear communication.
