Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support the Kirksville/Macon area in Missouri. You will maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and production equipment, while ensuring building operations meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in building systems, and familiarity with building automation and CMMS tools. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, reliable work ethic, and the ability to perform inspections, document findings, and coordinate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance background.
• 2 years of trades school or apprenticeship in electrical/HVAC/plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Familiarize with building automation and fire/life safety systems.
• Perform inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders and use Corrigo CMMS for all tasks.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and escalate issues to supervisor.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain safe work areas.
