Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering.
• Knowledgeable in energy management systems and HVAC equipment.
• Must maintain all Federal, State, or Local licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform emergency response and onsite inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
