Job summary

ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client is seeking a Mobile Engineer 2 in Mobile, Alabama to support multiple client sites within the territory. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of commercial HVAC systems and related building services.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of commercial building engineering experience, EPA/CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial building engineering experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, building automation, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintain building systems including electrical, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety.
• Travel to multiple client locations within the territory using a company vehicle.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities with CMMS and minimal supervision.
• Build strong client relationships and identify energy-saving opportunities.
