Heartstrings Pet Hospice invites veterinarians to practice compassionate end‑of‑life care in pets’ homes across Northern California, with a schedule that suits your life. You’ll work on the road though remain supported by a mentorship‑driven team focused on training and well‑being.

Choose from 5‑Day or 4‑Day full‑time, or 2–3‑Day with self‑managed scheduling. Guaranteed base salary plus quarterly bonuses, generous benefits, and no non‑compete to restrict your professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Weekends on your terms.
• In-home hospice and euthanasia care in pets’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care to pets in their homes.
• Practice medicine with time and presence, not rushed appointments.
• Collaborate with a team while maintaining independent practice on the road.
