Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to practice end‑of‑life care in clients’ homes across Savannah, Rincon and surrounding Georgia areas. You’ll provide hospice and in‑home euthanasia with time to listen, explain, and honor each pet’s story.

Work independently on the road with strong team support and mentorship. Choose from 2–5 day schedules, including self‑managed options, with guaranteed salary, generous quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree and veterinary license.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Weekend schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and in-home euthanasia care in pets' homes.
• Practice medicine with time and mindfulness.
• Communicate with families during end-of-life care.
• Maintain professionalism and compassionate care on the road.
