Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice in Savannah, GA seeks a compassionate veterinarian to deliver in-home hospice and end-of-life care. You’ll practice on the road, meeting families where their pets feel safest, and you’ll be supported by a team that values mentorship and well-being.

Choose from 2–5 day-per-week or self-managed schedules with guaranteed base pay and quarterly bonuses, plus a rich benefits package including 401(k), PTO, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent license in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; 90 lbs with assistance
• License verification and background check will be completed

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and end-of-life care for pets
• Consult and support grieving families on a home visit basis
• Practice independently on the road with mentorship and team support
