Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In-Home Euthanasia is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to practice medicine in homes, delivering in-home hospice and end-of-life care with families on their own terms.

You’ll work on the road with a schedule that ranges from 2 to 5 days per week, including self-managed options, and enjoy a guaranteed base salary with generous quarterly bonuses and comprehensive benefits, plus no non-compete.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Weekends on Your Terms: flexible weekend days per month.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• License verification, background check and driving record review prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Practice independently on the road delivering in-home hospice care.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care and guidance to pet families.
• Be part of a supportive team with onboarding, mentorship and ongoing training.
