Job summary
Ennoblecare is seeking a full-time Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse in the Philadelphia area to provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of care.
Responsibilities include assisting the Registered Nurse, participating in patient care planning, and providing emotional support. Ennoblecare offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
- Must have one or more years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice.
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile.
- Proven experience as a hospice LPN is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Registered Nurse in carrying out the plan of care.
- Help reinforce teaching to the patient and family members regarding end of life care.
- Actively participate with the IDG to ensure the patient's plan of care is current.
