Job summary

Ennoblecare, located in Philadelphia, is seeking a full-time Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate support to terminally ill patients. You'll collaborate closely with a clinical team and utilize your nursing skills to ensure patient comfort and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing license in Virginia, at least one year of experience, and a caring nature. A flexible schedule and the opportunity for growth are offered in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of nursing experience, hospice experience preferred.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile.
• Understanding of safety precautions and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN in executing the plan of care.
• Participate in IDG meetings to maintain care plans.
• Provide emotional support and teach families about end-of-life care.

Education

Graduated from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
