Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice care.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile.
• Proven experience as a hospice LPN required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse in executing the patient plan of care.
• Administer medication and provide emotional support to terminally ill patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address patient issues.
