Qualifications

• One or more years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile.
• Committed to safety and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse in carrying out the plan of care.
• Help reinforce teaching to the patient and family regarding end of life care.
• Participate in team conferences and collaborate on patient care.
