Job summary

Caring Hospice Services is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to travel to patient homes and facilities in the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties. You will perform daily living assistance, monitor vital signs, and support mobility for hospice patients while maintaining strict safety and infection-control standards.

The role requires valid Hospice Aide or CNA licensure, proficiency in medical terminology, and experience in patient care across settings.

Qualifications

• Certification as Hospice Aide or CNA required.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and patient care.
• Experience in caregiving across settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients in homes or facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with physical examinations under supervision.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
• Record vital signs accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
