Caring Hospice Services is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide in-home and facility-based care for hospice patients in the greater Philadelphia area. This field role requires reliable transportation and travel across Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, patient mobility, vital signs, and ensuring a safe, clean environment while supporting families and collaborating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

Certification as Hospice Aide or CNA (CNA preferred).
Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures.
Experience providing care for patients in various settings.
Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols.
Physical ability to lift and move patients safely.
