Job summary

Elara Caring in the United States is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will deliver direct physical therapy services, follow the Plan of Care, and work under supervision of a Physical Therapist to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care in the patient’s home environment.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, an active PTA license in the state of work, and a willingness to travel up to 50% across branch/office coverage

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of work.
• 6+ months PTA experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within branch/office coverage area (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services following the Plan of Care.
• Work under supervision of a Physical Therapist and report changes promptly.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in home therapy programs and safe device use.
