Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct physical therapy services as prescribed by the physician to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Follows Plan of Care as established by Physical Therapist.
• Travels to patient homes within branch coverage area.
• Collaborates with clinical staff and reports changes promptly.
• Instructs patients and Families in home programs and safety.
