Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry level computer experience and access to email/internet.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and oral hygiene.
• Support ambulation and transfers using devices under supervision.
• Assist with meals, shopping, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Transport clients within a 30 mile radius as authorized.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition and maintain home safety.
• Follow client service plans and infection control procedures.
