Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years servicing diesel equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Good verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Able to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Valid CA Class C license; Class B preferred.
• Furnish own hand tools; some high-dollar tooling supplied by Hawthorne.

Responsibilities

• Drive a lube truck to multiple locations and service diesel vehicles and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per Caterpillar guides.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports; analyze trends.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and comply with procedures.
• Assist with component replacements and system checks as needed.
• Contribute to team effort and perform other duties as assigned.
