Hugg & Hall Equipment Company in Arkansas is seeking a Heavy Field Service Technician to repair and service heavy industrial and construction equipment at customer sites. The role emphasizes on-site troubleshooting, safe operation, and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical training/education, and/or experience in a related field.
• Possessing or the ability to obtain a complete line of tools, including specialized tools needed to complete jobs at customer locations.
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Clean driving record
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of heavy equipment at customer locations to return units to operational and safety standards.
• Communicate with Sales, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about downtime and job progress updates.
• Operate safely and efficiently with minimal supervision to reduce downtime and maintain DOT safety standards on-site.

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to join our team as a Heavy Field Service Technician. About The Position

Heavy Field Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment.

In This Role, You Will

• Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of heavy equipment at various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards.
• Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates.
• Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of DOT-rated company vehicles.
