Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction experience preferred.
• 2+ years in heavy civil construction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks, including loading materials and operating tools.
• Dig trenches and prepare work areas safely.
