Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a Laborer to support daily construction operations on our projects in Wisconsin. You will assist with tasks, load materials, dig trenches, and operate hand and power tools on site.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a reliable work ethic. You will follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and collaborate with site supervisors to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.
• Basic math and measurement skills helpful.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success.
