Lillibridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple medical office properties in the Fishers and Noblesville market, performing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks. You will handle routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond to tenant requests, while using work order systems to document activities and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of related maintenance

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; trade training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare environments.
• Certifications (HVAC, CFC Handling, Electrical, Plumbing) preferred.

Mansioni

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders using work order software.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues safely and efficiently.
• Prioritize work orders based on urgency, safety, operational impact, and tenant needs.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and provide status updates.
• Keep inventory of tools, supplies, and parts.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property management, vendors, and team members.
• Provide responsive support to tenants and property teams.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to support maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
