Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician Trainee to support maintenance across ten properties in the Indianapolis area. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and collaboration with the on-site engineering team to ensure reliable, safe facilities for tenants and patients.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to train and develop technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be located in Indianapolis, IN area and able to work onsite five days a week.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing work orders related to maintenance and repairs across assigned buildings.
• Support routine physical improvements to the property and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies following departmental protocols.
• Assist Engineering team with maintaining equipment, tools, supplies, and logs.
• Communicate building status and changes to stakeholders clearly and promptly.
