Joseph H. Neal Health Collaborative seeks a Rural Health Transformation – Mobile & Grassroots Project Manager to lead mobile health initiatives, pop-up clinics, and community outreach in underserved rural South Carolina.

You will coordinate staff, partners, grants, data collection, budgets, and program outcomes, building trusted community relationships while delivering hands-on services beyond traditional clinic walls.

Qualificações

• Experience in project management, healthcare, nonprofit programs, or community outreach.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working with rural/underserved communities.
• Ability to build strong community partnerships.
• Ability to track data and prepare program reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of Rural Health Transformation initiatives.
• Develop project timelines, plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure grant-funded activities are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate activities across clinical, outreach, administrative, finance, pharmacy, and partners.
• Maintain organized documentation supporting grant activities and deliverables.
• Prepare regular project updates for leadership.
