Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for program management role.

• Clinical background with direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and administer activities of the program.
• Develop, implement and standardize procedures and services.
• Provide analytics, business insight and improve workflows.
• Interface with UNC Health entities to communicate strategies.
