Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Driver to operate the Mobile Health Unit and register patients for appointments. You will learn routes, maintain positive client relations, and float to multiple locations to serve patients at homes and workplaces.

A valid State Driver’s License and CDL Class A or B are required, along with a High School Degree or GED. Previous truck or bus driving experience is mandatory; patient care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Previous experience with truck or bus required.
• Patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates hospital vehicle to transport Mobile Health, equipment to various sites in a safe manner.
• Completes daily checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order and reports any malfunction of the vehicle to management.
• Gasses vehicle on specified days and maintains cleanliness of van and stocks supplies.
