Job summary

Mercy Health seeks a Driver for the Mobile Health Unit who will operate the vehicle safely to various sites and assist with patient registration. You will learn routes, maintain the vehicle, and ensure patient information is accurately captured. CDL A/B is required, and a high school diploma or GED is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid State Driver’s License and CDL Class A or B
• High School Degree or GED required
• Previous experience with truck or bus required
• Patient care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates hospital vehicle to transport Mobile Health and equipment to various sites
• Completes daily vehicle checklist and reports malfunctions
• Gases vehicle on specified days and maintains van cleanliness and supplies
• Greets customers and verifies patient demographic information and forms completion
