Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Driver for the Mobile Health Unit in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires operating a hospital vehicle, registering patients, and maintaining routes and equipment. CDL A/B and a valid license are required, with prior truck/bus experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver’s License and CDL Class A or B (required)
• High School Degree or GED
• Previous experience with truck or bus (required)
• Patient care experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Operates hospital vehicle to transport Mobile Health, equipment to various sites in a safe manner
• Completes daily checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order and reports any malfunction of the vehicle to management
• Gases vehicle on specified days of the week and maintains cleanliness of van and stocks supplies when necessary
• Meets and greets customers by obtaining and verify the patient’s demographic information and ensures the completion of forms
