Job summary

Harvard Medical School seeks a Data & Systems Integration Specialist for the Family Van and Mobile Health Map platform. You will design data infrastructure, implement performance measurement, and support QA/QI for mobile clinics serving underserved communities across the U.S.

You will collaborate with state implementers, health systems, and partners to deliver analytic insights, dashboards, and reproducible methods that improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Public Health, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to interpret complex datasets for non-technical audiences.
• Experience improving processes and systems through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines integrating clinical encounters, screenings, and operations data.
• Support integration with EMRs and Health Networks to enable data exchange and continuity of care.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for mobile health performance and impact reports.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends in access, utilization, and outcomes to inform deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to translate data into actionable recommendations that optimize routes, schedules, and staffing.
