Qualifications

• Certification in patient services or healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between School Health programs and the Mobile Van.
• Obtain consent forms and authorizations prior to care.
• Maintain medical records and collect data for reports.
• Ensure staff background checks and CPS compliance.
• Support registration, coding, and immunization processes.
• Stock the Mobile Van with supplies and prepare monthly reports.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and privacy rules.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with clinic staff regularly.
