Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare degree preferred.
• Valid CDL with clean driving record.
• At least 2 years operating large vehicles.
• At least 2 years in healthcare, patient intake, community outreach, or public health programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to educate and liaison with communities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with data entry, record management, and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily MHU field operations and logistics, including travel coordination, scheduling, patient registration, and vehicle maintenance.
• Serve as frontline community ambassador—assist in patient education, build partnerships, identify opportunities for program growth in underserved areas.
• Support long-term program strategy and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with MUSC Orangeburg Breast Health Center Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality in mobile screening services.
• Adapt to evolving needs and contribute to program development.
