Job summary

The role focuses on direct supervision of Mobile Clinic Patient Advocates, process improvements in patient access, registration flow, and patient experience across service lines. Flexible hours and evenings required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, communications or related program.
• Two years of related work and management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health and human services infrastructure; moderate computer skills; strong verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel with a personal car.

Responsibilities

• Optimize staffing, appointment schedules, workflows, policies, and procedures to meet goals.
• Set up and take down mobile medical clinics at APHS community sites.
• Direct, plan, supervise, and coordinate services for the CRCHC Mobile Unit across sites.
• Manage mobile clinic patient registration and data entry into the EHR.
• Monitor mobile unit performance and achieving goals.
• Coordinate outreach activities and affiliated projects.
• Disseminate information to community partners about clinic services.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and address complaints promptly.
• Promote organization’s mission and communicate goals and policies.
• Represent the organization professionally and uphold core values.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and related monitoring.
