Mozilla is seeking a Mobile Marketing Operations Manager to own Firefox Mobile marketing execution. You will translate product and growth strategies into reliable plans across ASO, lifecycle programs and product launches, building scalable processes and AI‑assisted workflows.

You will coordinate multi‑step campaigns, manage localization readiness, analyze performance data and partner with Product Marketing, Creative and cross‑functional teams to improve delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations or similar role.
• Direct experience with ASO and mobile marketing.
• Experience coordinating multi‑step campaigns across workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute ASO initiatives with Product Marketing and agency.
• Translate lifecycle briefs into executable plans and hands‑on execution.
• Support product launches and grow initiatives via cross‑functional coordination.
• Own localization, QA and operational readiness for workflows.
• Gather performance data and inform future optimization decisions.
• Develop scalable processes and AI‑assisted workflows to reduce overhead.
