Job summary

Mozilla Corporation is seeking a hands-on Mobile Product Manager for Firefox on iOS, with cross-platform input for Android. You’ll own activation/retention, define differentiating features, and work with engineers, designers and data science to ship impactful updates.

You’ll also monitor App Store/Play metrics, run ASO experiments, and adapt Firefox for global markets while balancing privacy and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven shipping experience launching or managing apps on iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store with measurable impact.
• Strong track record delivering features under deadlines through collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Comfort using analytics, funnels, A/B testing and user feedback to improve activation and retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive activation and retention: optimize new-user journey and funnel through data and testing.
• Deliver differentiating features to increase Firefox stickiness for key user groups.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship high-impact improvements balancing user needs and performance.
• Monitor app health in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, and support acquisition/retention through ASO and growth experiments.
• Adapt Firefox for global markets, considering regional data constraints and local realities.
