Job summary

Belle, LLC is seeking licensed nail technicians to deliver in-home foot care for seniors, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with at least two days per week. The role requires frequent local travel and may include evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities include senior foot health assessments, hygienic service delivery, HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping, and ongoing education opportunities. Competitive salary and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid licensure for nails per role location.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior foot health and safety during in-home visits.
• Follow Belle protocols to maintain hygiene and prevent infection.
• Conduct foot assessments using Belle's mobile app during each service.
• Build rapport with members and provide foot care education.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate with the Belle team.
• Ensure punctuality and proper vehicle maintenance for appointments.
• Pursue Belle-provided continuing education opportunities.
• Promote and assist with booking future appointments.
• Work within the Community Health Worker scope.
