Job summary

Belle is expanding its in-home foot care program, connecting licensed nail technicians with seniors in their own homes across the local region. You will perform therapeutic foot assessments, ensure hygienic service per Belle protocols, and document findings in Belle's mobile app.

The role involves daily travel, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings or weekends, and a focus on safety, HIPAA compliance, and compassionate care for independent seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Nail Technician Licensure (or equivalent) per state location.
• Background checks and drug testing may be required.
• Valid Driver's License and adequate car insurance.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation and travel within local region.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care and lower extremity health.
• Adhere to Belle protocols to ensure hygienic service and minimize infection risk.
• Conduct foot assessments using Belle's app and escalate clinical concerns.
• Build rapport with members and educate on foot care for lasting health.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate with the Belle team.
• Be punctual and maintain vehicle readiness for appointments.
• Participate in Belle-provided continuing education opportunities.
• Promote future appointments before ending each visit.
• Work within the Community Health Worker scope.
