Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Mobile Fleet Supervisor to lead and support field compliance with the Mobile Equipment Management Program. You will report to the Regional Fleet Manager within the Mid-America Region and oversee maintenance, efficiency, and safety across multiple locations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 4+ years of supervisory experience with large mobile fleets, and strong communication and MS Office/BI skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of supervisory/management experience in large mobile fleets.
• Solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and BI systems.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, repair, and maintenance of all mobile and stationary equipment.
• Establish communication lines across locations for efficient equipment distribution.
• Supervise and develop five field lube technicians.
• Provide safety leadership by leading meetings and mentoring staff.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance, scheduling, and contamination control standards.
• Survey oil samples and equipment alerts; report findings weekly to Regional Fleet Manager.
• Oversee implementation of condition monitoring, telemetry, and other equipment management technologies.
• Coordinate mobile repairs and mobile rebuilds with Regional Fleet Manager.
• Conduct site audits and studies to identify cost reduction and equipment utilization improvements.
