Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Mobile Fleet Supervisor in the Mid-America Region. The role oversees coordination of mobile equipment, maintenance scheduling, and safety leadership to support field operations.

You will supervise five field technicians, collaborate with regional leadership, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. This is a full-time on-site position requiring overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years supervisory/management experience in large mobile fleets.
• Solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office and BI systems.
• Strong interpersonal and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, repair and maintenance of all mobile and stationary equipment.
• Establish lines of communication among locations to maximize efficiency.
• Supervise and develop field technicians.
• Provide safety leadership through meetings and mentoring.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and scheduling standards are followed.
• Conduct site audits and operational studies for cost reduction and utilization improvements.
