HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Field Water Treatment Supervisor to lead mobile water treatment projects at client sites. You will oversee installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance, and mentor crew members while traveling extensively.

This field-based role emphasizes safety, documentation, and client relations as you drive performance and deliver solutions across challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Two years hands-on experience operating or maintaining water treatment systems.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and water quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair field systems.
• Strong data documentation habits.
• Willingness to travel 90% or more, including extended deployments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and commission mobile water treatment equipment per project specs and drawings.
• Operate and monitor high-purity water treatment systems on site.
• Troubleshoot and repair field equipment; escalate for complex issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities in the maintenance system.
• Collect data, generate reports, and ensure accuracy of logs and records.
• Train site personnel and junior technicians on water treatment operations.
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement across field teams.
