Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Field Water Treatment Supervisor to manage mobile water treatment equipment at customer sites. You will lead site assessments, installation planning, commissioning, operation, and ongoing maintenance while building strong client relationships and ensuring safety standards.

This highly mobile role requires travel to client sites (90%+). You will monitor water chemistry, adjust dosing, troubleshoot field issues, train site personnel, and

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience operating or maintaining water treatment systems.
• Working knowledge of water chemistry principles and water quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and process systems in a field environment.
• Strong documentation habits and attention to data accuracy.
• Ability and willingness to travel 90% or more, including extended deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site assessments and develop installation plans for mobile water treatment equipment.
• Execute equipment installation in accordance with project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Commission systems and verify performance against target water quality parameters before handoff.
• Operate high-purity water treatment systems during assigned project periods.
• Monitor water chemistry parameters (TDS, pH, flow rates) and adjust dosing to maintain quality.
• Diagnose and repair field equipment failures; escalate when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and internal schedules.
• Record operational data and maintain field logs; report to operations management.
