Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Field Water Treatment Supervisor to lead field deployments and manage water treatment systems at client sites in a highly mobile role.

The position requires planning, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment equipment, with a focus on safety and customer relations; expect 90%+ travel and field-based responsibilities with training and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating or maintaining water treatment systems such as filtration, RO/DI.
• Strong understanding of water chemistry principles and quality standards.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot field equipment and process problems.
• Excellent data recording and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead site assessments and develop installation plans for mobile water treatment equipment.
• Install equipment per project specs and engineering drawings; commission and verify performance.
• Operate high-purity water systems during project durations and monitor key chemistries (TDS, pH, flow).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical components in the field; escalate as needed.
