HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Field Water Treatment Supervisor to manage the full lifecycle of water treatment systems at customer sites. This field role requires extensive travel (90%+), leadership of crews, and hands-on installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of filtration and purification equipment.

Competenze

• At least two years of hands-on experience operating or maintaining water treatment systems ( solids removal, media filtration, RO/DI, etc ).
• Knowledge of water chemistry principles and water quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair field systems.
• Willingness to travel 90% or more and deployments lasting extended periods.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, installation, and commissioning of mobile water treatment equipment.
• Operate systems and monitor water quality, adjust dosing and controls.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and document field issues with OEM support when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain field logs and reports.
• Train site personnel and develop SOPs; share best practices across the team.
