Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Mobile Site Vehicle Specialist to support decentralized field operations, manage supplies, and troubleshoot vehicle issues. You will collaborate with Fleet, HR, and Clinical teams, ensuring efficient asset handling and reporting.

Extended travel, including weekends and holidays, is required. The role emphasizes organizing vehicle interiors, using inventory tools, and maintaining safety while supporting education and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive trucks over long distances for several days.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
• Experience working in Healthcare or Operations.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), preferred.
• Technical knowledge base including an operational understanding of equipment, tools, and basic assembly.
• Mechanically or technically inclined to troubleshoot basic issues with vehicles with initiative to solve technical problems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Professional Truck driving experience without violations, preferred.
• Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations & Events Support: Provide crucial support to decentralized operations, events, and Clinical Studies.
• Supply Management: Handle, transport, and manage supplies across facilities and events.
• Inventory Handling: Load, unload, and manage inventory including large items.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve basic vehicle issues with initiative.
• Reporting and Asset Management: Compile reports for assets and staff.
• Vehicle Organization and Optimization: Organize vehicle interiors for usability.
• Software Proficiency: Use Excel and inventory tools to support operations.
• Flexible Work Availability: Travel extensively, including weekends and holidays, with hotel stays.
