Yancey Bros. Co. is hiring a Field Service Truck Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on customer equipment in the field. You will work in a team with a focus on safety and quality, communicating findings and keeping accurate records for customers and internal staff.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a CDL if required. Good mechanical aptitude and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid, active driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• DOT physical and background checks required.
• ability to pass driver screenings and MVR with low points.

Responsabilités

• Perform truck maintenance, diagnose and repair at customer sites.
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and office staff.
• Provide root cause analysis and document findings in reports.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and provide updates.
