Northern Tool + Equipment is seeking a Field Services Technician to perform in-store and mobile service and repair. You will diagnose engines, source parts, and explain repairs clearly to customers while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years of engine repair experience and the ability to travel locally; a 2-year certification is preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines (2-year certification preferred).
• Ability to explain diagnosis and repair clearly to customers.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for 110- and 220-volt systems.
• Must travel locally and regionally up to 50% with possible overnight stays.
• State driver’s license and qualifications to operate mobile service vehicle.
• Strong organizational skills and fluency with Microsoft Office.

• Complete all reports and forms required with work assignments.
